Job description
Our client is a UK-based firm recognized leader in accounting software cloud solutions. They build highly intuitive software, simple bookkeeping for the non-accountants. It is a web-based application containing a full range of data, calculations, alerts and visualizations.
We are looking for a software developer with extensive experience in C#, MS-SQL, and web technologies to work independently and as part of UK-based team that builds interactive web APIs and web services. You will be responsible for the front-end and back-end features development. Design, develop and lead cloud-based application platform to improve business automation, deliver greater efficiency to improve business turnaround time. You will work directly with client’s product, and with product system architect, developing dashboard for client portal web-based solution.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience with C#/.NET (including Web forms, ASP.NET MVC, Web API)
- 2+ years’ experience with SQL scripting in the MS-SQL environment
- Knowledge of markup, UI and UX (including JavaScript (jquery), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX)
- Knowledge of the regular expression syntax
- Cloud based experience (Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Written and spoken English skills is a plus
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop business and technical knowledge of client’s accounting solutions
